Welcome to Voorhees Middle School Technology Department
At Voorhees Middle School, students and faculty have access to a variety of technology resources including four computer labs, a media center, several mobile wireless laptop labs, Tablet PCs, interactive whiteboards, digital cameras, graphing calculators, video conferencing equipment, and LCD projectors. All computers have the Windows Operating System and Internet access. Classroom instruction across the curriculum is enhanced through the use of technology as a tool to improve learning. Widespread use of technology and multimedia in the majority of our classes exceeds the basic curricular and technology goals as set forth in the New Jersey Core Content Curriculum Standards. Each student has an electronic portfolio to showcase his/her curriculum-based projects.
