SCOLIOSIS EXAMS..................PHYSICAL EXAMS

Fifth grade students will be checked for Scoliosis in the spring.  You will be notified if further evaluation is recommended.

Physical exams will no longer be performed by the school doctor at Kresson School.   It is recommended that fourth grade students be examined by their own physician.

A copy of your child's physical can be sent into school.  This will become part of your child's permanent health record.  You can also fax a copy of the physical to me at:
